The List Of 7 Big Breast Workout Ideas For Women

Today I would like to discuss a special topic in the area of exercising with the physical limitations which is exercising with large breasts. This topic is quite personal as well, which means that big breast workout ideas I will share I also have done in the past or still doing and I had a very good experience doing them. So let’s jump into this special topic!

Why Are These Big Breast Workout Ideas Important?

Although this topic has not been widely discussed there are a few reasons why considering the types of workout with large breasts is essential.

First let’s mention scientific evidence! 

The University Of Wollongong In Australia implemented research about exercising and the participants volunteered to share their breast sizes. The study showed that females with larger breast sizes stayed more away from exercising due to pain and/or embarrassment from excessive breast motion.

The researchers especially emphasized using the right sports bra could really be helpful since 70% of the participants admitted that they wear the wrong bra during exercising.

So the bottom line of this research is that wearing a well-fitted great-quality bra could eliminate the above-mentioned embarrassing symptoms.

Well, wearing the right bra is definitely a very important component.

However, as I was researching this topic I kept reading that there were women who wear sports bras but the symptoms did not improve that drastically.

Well, I thought it might not be that easy and quick to find the best sports bra. But, you still want to exercise, right?

So what should you do now?

As a big busted female without the best sports bra I found doing the right workout to be really beneficial. Honestly without exercising my life would be a mistake, so I had to find the right workouts. 

And I did!

So let’s discuss my favorite 7 big breast workout ideas to make life easier, but exciting.

The most important requirement when you want to workout with large breasts is to eliminate bouncing or inconvenient positions. The next 7 workout programs could help you eliminate these issues using the right routines of course.

1.Walking or Hiking

There is a reason why I mention walking or hiking first. I just love both of them, because there are many benefits.

  • It is a great cardio workout, which is highly recommended to stay healthy
  • It allows you to be in the fresh air
  • It will help you release stress

-And it is convenient for large breasts, no bouncing unless you jog, but with jogging, you should probably be more careful.

To share a personal story about walking my favorite one was from Gran Canaria when I was walking along beaches and the view and the weather were amazing. If you live near the beach, woods or in a residential area you should definitely include walking in your workout routine.

2.Yoga

I regularly do yoga so it is absolutely manageable with big breasts which is great because yoga has many benefits including the following: improve strength and flexibility, enhance concentration, and reducing the level of stress through its breathing techniques.

Here is a yoga workout you could do at home right now. The only recommendation I might have is if you are struggling with the plank, maybe position your hands on the couch instead of the floor.

3.Pilates

Pilates is a workout program I have actually fallen in love with for many years. The reason I love it is because it is a great strength and fat burning workout and you only need a mat for it. It is easy to follow and most of the routines are actually convenient to do, so I have to say that Pilates is an amazing large breast workout. 

4.Low Impact HIIT

You might think HIIT is not your bag, because there is no way it will not be embarrassing.

However, it is actually not always quite true,because if you do a Low Impact HIIT by wearing the right sport bra then the situation could improve a lot. 

My favorite fitness YouTuber actually has a great low impact HIIT routine that you should watch. This workout does not include jumping.

5.Dumbbell Workout

According to the American College Of Sports Medicine it is recommended to do resistance training 2-3 times a week you can easily do a dumbbell workout at home in your own space.

I have a 40-minute at home dumbbell workout here, that should not hurt your breasts.

6.Swimming

The reason why you should definitely swim if you have the chance is because swimming is the one workout I mention here that has the most benefits regarding your holistic health and fitness.

Swimming is a doable workout for women with large breasts because gravity is much more favorable in the water.

According to an article in Huffington Post swimming is the best exercise for the following reasons:

  • Improves strength and cardiorespiratory endurance at the same time
  • Reduces the level of stress due to the calming effect of water
  • It is great for your lunges
  • Last but not least it is low impact which does not hurt when it comes to living with larger breasts.

7.Aquaqym

Since we just discussed swimming, you can’t forget about the benefits of aquagym.

Aqua Gym is your moment to shine in a bouncy type of cardio workout, since the gravity situation is way better in water. I used to teach Aquagym when I lived in Spain and actually it was my most successful and fun time with giving exercise classes so far. So if you have the chance to attend aquagym classes in the neighborhood you are extremely lucky and you should definitely go for it.

Having naturally large breasts could be a physical and mental limitation when it comes to exercising. However, luckily you have great opportunities because the 7 large breast workout ideas I shared in this post are not only doable but most of them have great health and fitness benefits and a few of them are fun to do as well.
