I provide one on one and semi-private training sessions mainly for the following populations:
- Active people people between the ages of 25 and 60 with a stressful sedentary job and inactive lifestyle who want to get in shape, lose body fat and establish a healthy lifestyle that fits with their weekly schedule
- Seniors (60+) to develop strength and overall wellness
- Women between the ages of 35 and 45 who want to build confidence, feel attractive and get in their best shape: fat loss, muscle mass development.
