Simple & Healthy Baked Salmon Recipe

 1 sweet potato
 1 lb Atlantic salmon
 2 cups of broccoli
 2 tbsp coconut oil

Boil water in a small pot with the broccoli in it and turn on the oven as well. The broccoli should be cooked for between 20-25 minutes. When the water starts boiling don't forget to put the heat on low.

While the water is being boiled cut the sweet potato into very thin slices after washing it.

Pour some coconut oil into a pan and turn on the stove to medium heat and leave it there for a minute. During this minute pour a little garlic salt on the sweet potato slices then place them into the pan.

While the sweet potato slices and the broccoli are being cooked spice up the salmon, place it on a non-stick baking sheet, and put it in the oven, and leave it there for 25 minutes.

Right after you place the salmon into the oven, flip the sweet potato slices in the pan, then cook all part of it. Every five minutes flip them again.

When the 25 minutes is over for the broccoli then leave it in the pot without any heat on and place a lid on the top.

When the sweet potatoes are cooked turn off the stove and leave them in the pan by placing a lid on the top.

When the salmon is done, then you can serve the meal, this is how it should look and it tastes amazing.
